Victor Lam has been a professional real estate appraiser since 2003. He obtained his California Real Estate Real Estate Sale Person's license in 1991. 

Victor specializes in complex luxury estate and land valuation for traditional underwriting purposes as well as litigation, expert witness, tax, family and estate uses, GREEN homes, and bank owned (“REO”) valuations Reports have included traditional current values, highest and best use analyses, future value for relocation and retrospective appraisals. Properties have been located in Santa Clara, Alameda, San Mateo, Contra Costa, San Benito, San Francisco, Marin and San Joaquin counties of California. Victor is one of the few appraiser certified by Building Performance Institute with knowledge in home energy audit and building performance, . and also accredited as an Accredited Green Appraiser (AGA) by Build It Green..

Victor earlier worked as a IT Manager, Project Manager, Consultant and IT Engineer for major corporations such as Hewlett Packard, as well as smaller high technology companies in the Silicon Valley area of California.
